Prague Quadrennial

All information about the Prague Quadrennial


The next Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space will be held from 6 to 16 June 2019 in the capital of the Czech Republic. The 14th edition, dedicated to the theme of «Imagination, Transformation and Reflections» will comprise different sections, including the Exhibition of Countries and Regions. This will be organised by the Prague Quadrennial in association with the curators of the participating countries. Pro Helvetia is responsible for the Swiss contribution and has launched a corresponding competition. The selection procedure for this competition is in progress until 28 March 2018.

In the context of the exhibitions of this major event, cultural practitioners active in the fields of performance design can apply to the Prague Quadrennial for the following sections:

Site Specific Performance Festival

This call for projects is aimed at performance designers, choreographers, performers and artists, whatever their professional level. For details, please visit the call for projects.

Performance Space Architecture Exhibition
