Ines Flammarion
Head of Communications Sector
After completing her studies in Geneva and Paris, Ines Flammarion (born 1986) began her career at contemporary art galleries in Paris and then in Brussels. From 2009 to 2017, she worked as project and communications manager both in the public and private sector : at the Centre d’art contemporain in Geneva, for Flux Laboratory, an experimental arts space, as well as for biennials, international arts fairs and companies. In parallel with these positions, she co-founded a travelling design project and has participated in various conferences and symposiums. She obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) at the University of Neuchâtel and subsequently a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in cultural management at the University of Lausanne. She joined the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia in 2017 : first, she coordinated international projects and then, within the communication sector, she was in charge of the Foundation’s communication highlights and French-speaking media relations. Ines Flammarion became Head of Communications as of March 2022 and is also a member of Pro Helvetia’s Executive Committee.
