What
New artistic project or experimental creation (in-person, digital, or hybrid) with public presentation at the intersection of artistic and non-artistic fields
For Whom
Two or more participants, including artist(s) from one of the disciplines supported by Pro Helvetia and expert(s) with a recognised track record from social or scientific sectors, whose first collaboration took place no more than five years ago
Selection Criteria
- Potential and originality of the collaboration and appropriateness of the envisaged methods
- Relevance of the content and feasibility
- Professional and artistic quality
- Implementation according to professional standards

Financial Contribution
- Maximum grant of CHF 25,000
- The grant from Pro Helvetia must not exceed 50% of the total budget
Content Of Application
- Description of the planned project’s content
- Implementation plan
- Budget and financial plan (incl. information regarding all financial assistance requested from third parties)
- Details of the participants involved in the project (CVs, portfolios, etc.) and a description of their roles and duties therein. All project participants must be determined at the time of application.
- The application must be submitted as a joint proposal by the artist(s). A description, motivation and explanation of the potential of the collaboration are a prerequisite.
Format-specific Exclusion Criteria
- Grants towards infrastructure, equipment and operating costs, as well as maintenance costs in the case of digital formats
- Grants towards productions that involve people still in training
- Multiple applications: only one application to be submitted per person and per project
