Transformation: process support workshop
What
The two-day workshop (28–29 May 2026 in Bern) covers the basics of understanding transformation processes. The focus lies on methods and tools for developing a suitable transformation strategy. The content includes practical exercises for reflection, coaching triggers for personal development and approaches to contemporary leadership.

Selection Criteria
- Intent and willingness with regard to structural perspectives and aspects of organisational transformation
- Focus on key development areas (such as sustainable development, diversity, new work, digitalisation or generation change)
- Practical relevance and intention of implementation
- Participation in the workshop with max. two people, of whom at least one is in a management position
Please note: participation in the workshop is a prerequisite for a subsequent application for two-year process support by external transformation experts supported by Pro Helvetia.

Financial Contribution
- Participation in the two-day workshop
- Travel and meals covered within the scope of the workshop. Partial accommodation costs may be covered upon application.
Content Of Application
- Details of the participating individuals (CVs, incl. description of role and duties, role in the transformation process)
- Motivation for participation
- Reflection and outline of the desired area of change and the development objectives
- Annual report and/or information on the organisational structure of the company, sponsorship and employees
- Reflection on previous experiences with change processes

- Cultural institutions or organisations that are not publicly funded
