Seraina Fässler aka Seina is a Swiss sound designer and composer based in Den Haag (NL). With a background in electroacoustic music and live performance, her music sits between ambient, glitch and noise.
In 2024, she released ‘Juni’, her debut EP out on Präsens Editionen, which is partly composed and partly improvised. The four tracks layer a range of source material created with different means and techniques — from field recordings gathered in Finland, France and The Netherlands, to analogue electronic instruments, digital feedback and manipulated human voices.
