CocoonDance

CocoonDance, under the direction of Rafaële Giovanola, is based at the Théâtre du Crochetan in Monthey (CH) and the Theater im Ballsaal Bonn (DE). Since its founding in 2000, the company has created around 50 productions and toured across five continents, with invitations to showcase at festivals such as TANZPLATTFORM DEUTSCHLAND, Steps Dance Festival or Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales. The company’s collaborative work is characterized by the extensive body research on the still ‘unthought’ body and the development of the glossary work/ MoveApp that emerged from this exploration.
