Lea Moro has been working in the cultural sector for over ten years as a choreographer, curator, dramaturg, and project manager. Her choreographic work has gained national and international recognition, including projects for various age groups. In 2020, she founded the platform Work it Out. She has extensive qualifications, including further training in systemic organisational consulting (Humboldt University Berlin), curating in the scenic arts (Paris Lodron University of Salzburg), a master’s degree in development and cooperation (NADEL/ETH Zurich), and a certificate in sustainability management (Institute for Future Culture).

Since 2019, Lea Moro has worked as a dramaturg at Tanzhaus Zürich. In addition to her role as programme dramaturg at Kaserne Basel (2022-23), she was involved in project management, communication, and fundraising at reflector, a consulting company for sustainable ecological development of cultural institutions, in 2023. She worked as Programme Officer for Culture at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) from 2021 to 2022 and carried out mandates in cultural promotion and evaluation for the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) in North Macedonia and Albania in 2023.
