ZOO / Thomas Hauert

In 1998 the Swiss dancer Thomas Hauert founded ZOO, his Brussels-based contemporary dance company. He has created around 20 pieces which have toured throughout the world. In addition to the works with ZOO, he has choreographed for other companies, e.g. P.A.R.T.S., Zurich Ballet, Toronto Dance Theatre and Candoco Dance Company. Since 2014 Thomas Hauert is the academic director of the bachelor degree in contemporary dance at La Manufacture in Lausanne.
Swiss Dance Award 2013 for «From B to B» and 2017 for «inaudible».
