To protect applicants’ personal data and prevent unauthorised access to the portal, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is being introduced.
Starting today, you have the option to set up an additional authentication method the next time you access your user account at portal.prohelvetia.ch—either via an authenticator app or by email.
From 4 August 2025, you will be required to activate at least one authentication method to continue accessing the application portal.
