The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia has awarded eleven literary projects with a creation grant.
Pro Helvetia awards literary creation grants twice a year, in June and December. Contributions are awarded to individuals and collectives who have already published a literary work with a recognised publishing house, are actively involved in the Swiss literary scene, and live in Switzerland and/or have Swiss citizenship.
By 1 March 2025, 126 projects had been submitted to the jury for evaluation. The applications included 58 German-language, 36 French-language, 19 Italian-language, six other non-national-language, as well as seven children’s and young adult book projects.
On the recommendation of the jury, which assessed the applications anonymously, eleven projects have been selected for a creation grant.
