New Echo System promotes exchanges between Swiss and Italian artists in the fields of music and performing arts in Venice.
Based at Venice’s Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi, New Echo System provides time and space for new ideas to grow and different disciplines to meet. The project involves audiences in an ever-evolving ecosystem that supports concerts, performances, research, production and collaboration in Venice and Switzerland.
The New Echo System presents four new events for the second half of 2024. It kicks off again at the beginning of September with two events reconfirming long-standing collaborations: the Knobil concert in partnership with Jazz Area Metropolitana (at Cortile di Villa Orsini, Scorzè), and the show “GIMME A BREAK!!!” by Baptiste Cazaux in partnership with Live Arts Cultures and L’Abri Genève (at the Venere in Teatro Festival di Danza, Forte Marghera). In November, Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi once again turns into an artist-studio to host Swiss musician Vincent Glanzmann and Italian dancer Laura Pante (performance open to the public on 15 November). The month ends with a special event at the Teatrino Palazzo Grassi with an exclusive performance of Camilla Sparksss “Lullabies”, in an evening that confirms the partnership with Palazzo Grassi – Pinault Collection for the fourth consecutive time.
