New Echo System Programme 2024 at Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi, Venice

Music, Performing Arts
Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi

New Echo System promotes exchanges between Swiss and Italian artists in the fields of music and performing arts in Venice.

Based at Venice’s Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi, New Echo System provides time and space for new ideas to grow and different disciplines to meet, all with a focus on sustainability. The project involves audiences in an ever-evolving ecosystem that supports concerts, performances, research, production and collaboration in Venice and Switzerland.

After residencies bringing together first Salômé Guillemin and Anais Drago (in partnership with L’Abri – Genève), then Leo Tardin and Enrico Terragnoli (in partnership with the Montreux Jazz Artists Foundation), the 2024 programme continues in May with a collaboration between drummer Arthur Hnatek and electronic music producer Stenny, and a site-specific performance project in Venice by Igor Cardellini and Tomas Gonzalez. July brings an exclusive concert by cellist Sara Oswald in the magical surroundings of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection garden, as well as the unveiling of autumn’s programme.
